Aotearoa New Zealand’s National MedTech Resource
The CMDT and MedTech Research Network form Aotearoa New Zealand’s national industry research network.
The Consortium for Medical Device Technologies (CMDT) is a single point of contact for Aotearoa NZ’s capability and resources in MedTech.
The MedTech Research Network is Aotearoa NZ’s community of world-leading researchers, clinicians, industry partners, and other collaborators working in the medical technologies space. We strengthen the connectivity between science, clinical translation, and commercialisation for sustainable growth and building scale.
We achieve this with a national industry-research network led by a partnership between Auckland University of Technology, Callaghan Innovation, the Universities of Auckland, Canterbury and Otago, and Victoria University of Wellington.
